In 2007 U.K. Elite took three representative teams to compete in the 2007 Umbro International Festival in Manchester, England. Our three teams were among over 400 teams competing from 25 different countries and our teams saw competition against teams from England, Ireland, Sweden, Canada and the US.

In addition to playing in the tournament the teams also had the fantastic opportunity to tour Old Trafford, the "Theatre of Dreams" and home of Manchester United F.C.

The trip concluded with some down-time in London where the players and parents had time to explore the magnificent sights and experience the centuries old history of London’s attractions.

Sunday July 22nd Overnight Flight to London Monday July 23rd AM - Arrive Manchester and transfer to accomodation. PM - Coaching clinic at Manchester City FC Academy Tuesday July 24th Players - Full Day Mini-Camp at University Parents - Full Day Sightseeing (York City or other) Wednesday July 25th AM - Transfer to Manchester United for Stadium Tour- The Theater of Dreams! PM – Manchester Umbro Festival (2 Games) Thursday July 26th AM – Visit downtown Manchester / shopping PM – Manchester Umbro Festival (2 Games) Friday July 27th AM – Visit to historic Roman City of Chester (game schedule permitting) PM – Manchester Umbro Festival (1-2 Games)

Saturday July 28th AM–Manchester Umbro Festival Final Games PM – Transfer to London hotels Sunday July 29th AM – 3-4 hour guided tour of London: Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament, Tower Bridge PM – Sightseeing at Leisure in London Monday July 30th Day of Leisure to explore London Or - Half day sightseeing to other attractions near London e.g. Royal Windsor Castle Tuesday July 31st AM - Transfer to London Aiport for return flight to USA
