We recognize that age and ability are directly related to performance factors. Travel Team Curriculum Guidlines -Training sessions represent an integral part of the weekly coaching cycle, they allow for learning and correction to take place. These guidlines provide a road map for success for teams starting at 8 years of age.
Each coaching theme is progressive to the next and each session links the development and expectation of players through age appropriate themes. Whilst this is not a recommended path for all teams to follow it enforces basic building block methods of coaching so players are placed in the most educational environment possible. These guidlines are available to purchase or can be incoporated into travel team training programs conducted by U.K.Elite Coaching Staff.
