  Our Steps program is a consistent path to improvement from 5 - 14 year olds. Each STEP is designed with the age, experience and ability of the player in mind.
  
  
• Team Training Weeks    Teams Aged 8 - 18
  
  These Team weeks are designed specifically for coaches, teams and players who are looking to get the most intense, physically demanding and challenging pre season training possible - in a focused professional setting.
  
  
• Residential Summer Camps    Ages 9 - 18
  
  Our residential summer soccer camps offer five days of intensive soccer training with the most highly qualified staff in our organization. We truly believe we provide The Ultimate Soccer Experience for any serious player intent on improving their skill and understanding of the game.

Our recruitment procedure is the most extensive and effective of any coaching company. All potential U.K. Elite staff are assessed on the field in a practical coaching setting on and off the field in a formal interview environment. They also undergo thorough background and reference checks as part of the selection process. We only hire the best of the best.

Staff qualifications include the highest level European and US coaching licenses, honors degrees and academic teaching degrees. All coaches then enter our Professional Development Program to ensure even further improvement during their time here.
