All potential U.K. Elite staff are assessed on the field in a practical coaching setting on and off the field in a formal interview environment. They also undergo thorough background and reference checks as part of the selection process. We only hire the best of the best.

Staff qualifications include the highest level European and US coaching licenses, honors degrees and academic teaching degrees. All coaches then enter our Professional Development Program to ensure even further improvement during their time here.
